Wiggle

Terms

Prelaunch draft. The operator, effective date and verified contact details will be confirmed before public launch.

1. What Wiggle is for

Wiggle helps you give your close circle a nudge and start a short conversation. Use it for a coffee break, an outfit check, a quick game, a brainstorm or advice from a friend.

These are proposed terms for the pre-launch beta. The final operator, eligibility requirements, effective date and governing law have not yet been confirmed. This page is not a request to accept a final contract.

2. Your account and your groups

Use accurate account information, protect your sign-in access and do not impersonate another person. Invite people who want to hear from you. Joining a group requires their acceptance; an invitation should not be used to pressure someone into participating.

App features, notification delivery and permissions depend on your device, connection and service availability. Respect the sending cooldown and other limits shown in the app.

3. Keep it kind and lawful

Do not use Wiggle to harass, threaten, deceive or spam others, share unlawful content, invade someone’s privacy, or distribute material you do not have the right to share. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, exploit the service or disrupt other users.

Ask before sharing someone else’s private information, location, photo or recording. Being in the same group does not give you permission to publish their content elsewhere.

4. Your content

You keep your rights in content you share. The proposed launch terms will allow Wiggle to process and deliver that content to the intended participants as necessary to provide the service. Only share material you are entitled to use.

Participants may keep local pins or screenshots. Think about your audience before sharing sensitive information. A short conversation is not a promise that every copy will disappear.

5. Short conversations and saved pins

Conversations end after ten minutes without a new message, image, voice note or poll. Each message remains readable by its participants on the server for one hour from sending, after which server cleanup removes its content and attachments. Downloaded history and pins can remain on a phone; pins are not a recoverable cloud archive.

Do not rely on Wiggle as the only place to store something important. Offline devices, unfinished downloads, cleared app data and interrupted services can affect what remains available.

6. SOS and availability

An SOS wiggle is a message to your friends. Wiggle is not an emergency service and does not guarantee that an alert will arrive or that someone will respond. For an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

The beta may change, pause or be unavailable while development continues. Nothing in this draft promises uninterrupted service or excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Privacy and permissions

Read the Privacy Policy for the current beta’s privacy rules. You control phone permissions for notifications, location, camera, photos and microphone features. Sharing is still subject to the choices you make in the app.

8. Questions and final launch terms

The operator and verified support contact will be identified before launch. Final terms will also address eligibility, account closure, enforcement, applicable law and any paid features, if introduced. Material changes will be made available through the website and app.

The final agreement will replace this pre-launch draft. Until then, this page explains the proposed service rules and does not establish unconfirmed legal obligations.
